Home of the Aperitivo situated in the heart of Milan, Camparino in Galleria is synonymous with the city’s aperitivo tradition. Opened by Davide Campari in 1915, the bar remains a timeless icon and one of the most influential mixology establishments in the world.
A collaboration in artistry
With only 250 bottles available, the Trois Rivières Camparino Limited Edition single cask Millésime Rhum is a first-time creation and collaboration between Trois Rivières’ Master Blender Daniel Baudin and Tommaso Cecca, Global Head of Camparino & Mixology. Each bottle is numbered making it a true collector’s item. Selected by Tommaso Cecca, under the watch and guidance of Daniel Baudin, the rhum contained in an ex-bourbon oak barrel used for this edition was aged in the Trois Rivières cellars since 2008.
Aged to rare perfection
This rare, Extra Old vintage evokes the minerality of Trois Rivières’ unique Southern Martinique terroir. With seductive white floral notes and spicy aromas, an elegant long finish and lightly smoky, peppery touch, this well-balanced, rhum carries the distinctive signature richness of Missouri casks and the generous aromatic array of Trois Rivières aged rhums.
